	PETRONAS currently holds a participating interest in Blocks 102 and 106. Since its incorporation PETRONAS has grown to be an integrated international oil and gas company with business interests in 31 countries. As at end of October 2005, the PETRONAS Group comprised 101wholly-owned subsidiaries, 19 partly-owned outfits and 57 associated companies.
	PETROVIETNAM currently holds a  participating interest in Blocks 102 and 106. PETROVIETNAM, since its inception, has grown into a fully integrated oil and gas entity engaged in a broad spectrum of petroleum and related value-adding business activities in both upstream and downstream sectors. Today, with over 30 subsidiaries and associated companies, PETROVIETNAM operates not only within the boundaries of Vietnam but also in the global area.
	SPC currently holds a participating interest in Blocks 102 and 106. Located in the Song Hong Basin, offshore in the Gulf of Tonkin, Vietnam. Blocks 102 and 106 cover an area of approximately 14,000 square kilometres and contain several exploration prospects and leads.
